Note how many people work, study, stream or upload files at once. If your household does several of these together, leave extra capacity rather than planning for a single device. If the issue is only in a distant room, troubleshoot Wi-Fi coverage before paying for a faster pack.
Compare the full cost over the pack period
Check the payable amount including 18% GST, installation and any equipment charges. Ask what router is supplied, whether the offer has an eligibility condition and when the pack expires. Compare like with like: a short pack and a longer pack can have very different upfront costs.
Confirm the address before you commit
Have the building name, wing, area and a nearby landmark ready. Ask the provider to confirm building availability and explain the cable route, expected installation process and support hours.
